We will guide you through the process of arranging an annuity and will be party to any such transactions. All such transactions are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant annuity provider. You warrant that all information provided to WhoPaysMost.com and to third party annuity providers is true, complete and accurate.
3. Availability of the Service
We do not warrant that the customer's use of the service will be uninterrupted and do not warrant that any messages or information transmitted via the service will be transmitted accurately, reliably, in a timely manner or at all. We reserve the right to make the service unavailable at any time, or to restrict access to parts or all of it without notice.
4. Variation of the Service
We may at any time withdraw any annuity provider, or any product or service of an annuity provider, from the service.
5. Accuracy of Information
We operate a guidance service to give you information to allow you to decide if you wish to enter into a contract with an annuity provider. You should satisfy yourself that the information you have been given is accurate and that you are happy to proceed before entering into any such contract. We do not guarantee to provide the service free of faults. In the event of a fault in the service, you should report it by telephone via the support number provided.
